Georg Jensen Damask compiles statistics on which areas of the website our users visit and which products the users prefer. These data do not contain personal data.

The collected data is used to gain knowledge of the users' use of the website. This information is used to improve the website. However, we use data on all of our users' navigation to understand how our users use www.georgjensen-damask.com as a single group, and based on this we try to improve the website. In addition, we collect information about the products that our users, as a single group, prefer. This information is also used to improve the website. 5. Personal data made available to data processors 

Your personal data is made available to our partners who provide services on our behalf. We use external partners for, among others, technical operations and improvements to www.georgjensen-damask.com, dissemination of newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting. These partners are data processors and only process the personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions The data processors may not use the information for any other purpose other than fulfilment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality with regards to the information. We have entered into written data processor agreements with all data processors that process personal data on behalf of Georg Jensen Damask.

 

Two of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google LLC. and Facebook Inc. are based in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States is secured through the data processor's certification under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. the EU's General Data Protection Regulation's art. 45.

6. Deletion of personal data

We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process them for the fulfilment of one or more of the purposes set out in section 4 above. However, the data may be processed and stored for a longer period in anonymous form.
